1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at londonandglow.ca or by booking an appointment with London & Glow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.

2. Our Services

London & Glow provides aesthetic treatments administered by qualified practitioners at our clinic in Edmonton, Alberta. Our services include non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as injectables, skin treatments, and related services.

Please note: the aesthetic treatments we offer are not a substitute for medical treatment. We do not provide medical treatment for menopause or any other medical condition. If you have medical concerns, please consult a licensed physician.

A consultation with one of our practitioners is required before all treatments. Results from aesthetic treatments vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

3. Age Restriction

Our services are available to adults aged 18 years and over only. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to require proof of age prior to providing any treatment and to decline service to any individual who cannot verify they meet the age requirement.

4. Booking & Deposit Policy

• —A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• —The deposit will be credited toward the cost of your treatment at your appointment.
• —Cancellations with 48 hours or more notice: your deposit is transferable and may be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
• —Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: the deposit is forfeited and will not be applied to future appointments.
• —No-shows: if you do not attend your appointment without notice, your deposit is forfeited. We reserve the right to require an additional deposit for any future bookings.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Aesthetic treatments provided by London & Glow are not a substitute for medical treatment or advice from a qualified physician. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• —Results from aesthetic treatments vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes depend on factors including skin type, health status, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
• —You must fully and accurately disclose all current medications, supplements, allergies, medical conditions, and prior cosmetic treatments at your consultation. Failure to do so may affect your safety and the outcome of your treatment.
• —We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment at our sole discretion if we determine that proceeding would not be appropriate or safe for you.
• —All procedures carry inherent risks. Our practitioners will explain these risks and obtain your informed consent before any treatment is carried out.

6. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing your payment details, you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

Prices displayed on our website and marketing materials are indicative only and subject to change without notice. The final price for your treatment will be confirmed at your consultation before any procedure is carried out.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and, where applicable, are inclusive of applicable taxes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of London & Glow or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, London & Glow's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall be limited to the value of the specific treatment giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall London & Glow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

10. Cancellation or Refusal of Service

London & Glow reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue services to any individual at our sole discretion, including where we determine that proceeding with a treatment would not be safe or appropriate, or where a client has breached these terms or behaved in a manner that is disrespectful or threatening to our staff. In the event we cancel a confirmed appointment without fault on your part, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
